Ken was recommended to us earlier this year to sell our Mangawhai property. We found him to be very pleasant, approachable and flexible, a person who was easy to work with. As our property was down a right of way and set back from the road he suggested using large roadside sign with good colourful photos of the property. His marketing included open homes at appropriate times, but also involved a steady stream of visits. When he felt it necessary he made various changes in the internet advertising, which had an immediate effect, bringing more visits, two potential purchasers and an offer, which went unconditional very quickly. The selling process took just over six weeks and throughout this time Ken was always very positive and kept the stress level at a minimum. We were impressed with the way he was able to change his strategy during marketing and the final sale price was very close to Ken’s estimated valuation.
